Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for the HabileSec360 EliteKit.

1. Digital products

The Pro plan provides immediate access to downloadable digital documents and templates. Because access is granted instantly and content can be downloaded, all sales are generally considered final once the kit has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Eligibility for a refund

• You request a refund within 7 days of purchase, and you have not downloaded a substantial portion of the document kit.
• A duplicate or accidental charge occurred (we will refund the duplicate).
• A technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing the kit and we could not resolve it.

3. Non-refundable situations

• Change of mind after downloading the documents.
• Failure to achieve certification (certification depends on factors outside our control).
• The Free plan, which carries no charge.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@grckit.com with your registration email and order ID. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–10 business days.
