Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HabileSec360 EliteKit ("the Service"). By submitting registration details or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The HabileSec360 EliteKit provides editable templates, registers, checklists and guidance to help organize ISO 27001 implementation and audit preparation. It is a preparation and documentation toolkit. It is not a certification body and does not issue ISO 27001 certificates. Certification depends on your implementation quality, an accredited auditor's review, and your organizational maturity.

2. Registration details

You agree to provide accurate registration details, including your name, work email, company name and phone number. These details are sent to Razorpay as checkout prefill and order notes.

3. Plans & payment

• The public site provides preview information at no cost.
• The Pro option is a yearly payment for access to the full kit and included template updates during the active yearly term.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.

4. License & acceptable use

On purchase, you receive a non-exclusive license to use and adapt the documents for your own organization or, for consultants, for your clients. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the templates as a competing product.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific compliance outcome or certification result.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
